As a proud West Australian – Stephen Smith has a profound understanding of the importance of the resources sector to Australia’s economic future.
Four of Australia’s top five exports are resources. As a former Minister Foreign Affairs, former Minister for Defence and former Minister for Trade, Stephen brings a depth of experience and knowledge about the global economic environment in which Australia’s resources companies are operating.
He will make an exceptional contribution to the Taskforce.
