The new Minister for Communications is off to a bad start with revelations that he has called for the ABC and Australia Post to be sold off to the highest bidder.
Mitch Fifield gave an address to the Australian Adam Smith Club in 2008 where he said:
“Conservatives have often floated the prospect of privatising the ABC and Australia Post. There is merit in such proposals.”

I wonder if the new Minister still thinks this or has he back-flipped on the things he believes in just like the Prime Minister?
I am sure the 30,000 employees of Australia Post and everyone who watches or listens to the ABC will be very interested in the Minister’s answer.
