New data reveals NBN rollout slows down again

It has been revealed today that Malcolm Turnbull’s roll-out of the NBN is even slower than previously thought.

In the 10 weeks prior to the election, the NBN rollout was passing an average of 4,290 brownfields premises per week.

Yesterday it was revealed that under Malcolm Turnbull that average had plummeted to only 3,631 premises per week.

With the release of new data today, the 10 week average has fallen even further to 2,707 premises per week.

Whilst Malcolm Turnbull is trying to explain his broken promises and spinning reports written by his former advisers, the NBN rollout gets slower and slower.

Instead of building the NBN, Malcolm Turnbull has been distracted by politics.

It is almost a year since Malcolm Turnbull was sworn in as Minister for Communications and all we have seen in that time is broken promises and excuses.

Malcolm Turnbull needs to stop playing games and speed up the roll out of the NBN.
