Special Star Wars screening to raise money for Bankstown Hospital School

Local Federal MP, Jason Clare is holding a special charity screening of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, to raise money for the Bankstown Hospital School.

Kids at Bankstown Hospital who are too sick to go to school are able to attend classes, or receive tutoring at their bedside through the Bankstown Hospital School.

“You can help raise money for sick kids at Bankstown Hospital and see the new Star Wars movie at the same time. Just call my office on 02 9790 2466.” Mr Clare said.

Two years ago Mr Clare organised a special charity screening of the last Star Wars movie (The Force Awakes) to buy iPads for the Hospital School. This year the money raised will help buy new equipment for the school’s outdoor learning area.

‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ special charity screening will be held on Monday 18 December, 7.00pm at Event Cinemas, Parramatta.

This special charity screening of ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ has again been organised with the assistance of Village Roadshow and Event Cinemas, Parramatta.
