Jason Clare opens new Multipurpose Hall at Wattawa Heights Public School

Federal Member for Blaxland, Jason Clare MP, visited Wattawa Heights Public School to officially open its new multipurpose hall which was constructed as part of the Australian Government’s Building the Education Revolution (BER).

Mr Clare was joined at the opening by the School’s Principal Mrs Judith Smith

Wattawa Heights Public School received a total of $2,125,000 under the program.

“This is a great new multipurpose facility. It will help the students to learn and allow the school to grow,” Mr Clare said.

“It is great to witness firsthand the impact this facility has already had on the school and local community, ‘ Mr Clare said.

Parents and students celebrated the official opening with a special school assembly.
