Federal Member for Blaxland, Jason Clare MP has announced that he will be holding a public meeting with the Minister for School Education, Peter Garrett to discuss the Gonski review and the future of our local schools.
“If you care about the future of our local schools, I urge you to come along and have your say,” Mr Clare said.
In 2010 the Federal Government asked David Gonski to conduct a review into school funding.
The Government will be responding to the review in the near future.
This is a great chance to come along and hear about the Government’s plans for education, and to have your say on our local schools.
